>willgarrett@hotmail.com</FONT></div> <div>      Mr. Garrett heads up all music programs at Ruth Rains, and D. C. H. S. During which time, she turned a dieing music program around, and started it on the path you see today. However she decided to step down and become asst., when herself and Mr. Garrett had twin boy in 2008. </FONT></div> <div>      She now teaches reading at D.C.H.S., and  on top of being her husbands right hand she also advises, and directs the Christmas Madrigals every year. </div> <div>      Mrs. Garrett is her husbands right hand, and has the amazing ability to see what the music should look like, and it is for that reason that she writes all of our outstanding drill.</div> <div>          She is a graduate of Cumberland College in Williamsburg, Kentucky. Her principal instrument is the Trumpet, however Mrs. Garrett is fantastic when it comes to teaching any instrument. While with the D.C.H.S. colorguard she helped turn the guard around, and was a vital part of the guards success.</div> <div>      Since leaving D.C.H.S. While at D.C.H.S. Will was involved with Concert Band, Marching Band, and he was an important part of the Indoor drumline.</FONT></div> <div>       He is currently studying music at Santa Fa,and is very involved with the Santa Fa music program.
